Community Guidelines
These rules keep Phelp Cars a safe, trustworthy marketplace for everyone buying and selling vehicles in Kenya. Every member agrees to them at sign-up.
No spam or duplicate listings
Post each vehicle once. Repeatedly posting the same vehicle or flooding the marketplace is not allowed.
No fraudulent listings
Selling vehicles you do not own, fake photos, or asking for payment outside the platform is strictly prohibited.
No inappropriate content
Keep photos and text family-friendly. No offensive, explicit, or discriminatory material in listings or chat.
No harassment in chat
Be respectful in direct messages and the market chat. Threats, abuse, or spamming other users will get you banned.
Respect other users
Treat buyers and sellers the way you want to be treated. Honour your listings and respond to genuine enquiries.
Keep it on the platform
Use Phelp Cars messaging for all communication. Sharing personal details is your choice, but never pressure others.
What happens when rules are broken
- Listings that violate these rules are removed from the marketplace.
- Repeat offenders are suspended from posting and chatting.
- Serious fraud is reported to the relevant authorities.
